Precisely introduced Model Context Protocol servers that connect compatible AI agents and assistants to its data management and customer communications products without custom integrations, the company said in a press release. The servers expose existing scripts and workflows as tools that AI systems can call.

Initial support covers Precisely Automate, Data360, EngageOne, EnterWorks, Spectrum and Trillium. Available functions include SAP workflow automation, data preparation, customer communications, natural language search across master data, address verification, geocoding, data enrichment and record cleansing.

Support for Syncsort will arrive in the coming months, including tools for troubleshooting mainframe jobs and generating sort, copy and merge logic. The servers work with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and other platforms that support MCP.

Precisely offers the servers by subscription to existing customers with selected subscription products. It plans to add MCP servers for more products in 2027.
