Podium Launches AI Operating System for Home Services

Podium announced in a press release an AI Operating System for Home Services, a platform for contractors that combines AI agents with field service management, communications, and membership tools. The platform has been live since early 2026 and is now available for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and garage door contractors in the United States and Canada.

The system includes Larry, an AI agent that answers calls, qualifies leads, checks availability, and books jobs on the dispatch board. It also includes an AI Membership Coordinator for seasonal visits and an Operator agent that works across jobs, invoices, and schedules.

Podium listed several contractor results from early use. Air Design Heating and Cooling worked through 600 maintenance members and reported a 40 percent booking rate, while Magnolia Plumbing cut the time from invoice to payment in half and reduced monthly admin work by 60 hours. Mountain Valley Home Comfort migrated 20,000 customers and 5,000 maintenance agreements to the platform.
