Ploti launched a service that gives AI assistants access to zoning, permits, ownership, rezoning, flood and utility records from local governments. Coverage spans 40 states, with pricing starting at $50 per county each month.

In a press release, Ploti launched a service that lets AI assistants query zoning, permits, ownership, rezoning, flood and utility records from county and city governments. The company says it has identified 57,818 local datasets and offers queryable records across 40 states.

Ploti uses software agents to collect records from geographic information systems, permit portals, recorder websites, meeting archives and PDF documents. Each dataset is stored with its government source, and the agents can request records directly from counties when published data is unavailable.

The service connects to assistants that support the Model Context Protocol, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and Codex. Ploti also offers its own agent for the web, Mac and Windows. Pricing starts at $50 per county each month and includes a seven day trial.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
