This strategic move aims to enhance the company's capability in delivering scalable and efficient transit automation solutions.

The new division will focus on deploying Perrone's TONY Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Kit and TONY Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) Kit. These kits are designed to automate various transit vehicles, including vans and buses, to improve passenger mobility across different environments such as cities, university campuses, and airports.

Nick Pilipowskyj has been appointed as Vice President & General Manager of the Transit Division, while Don Perrone will serve as Vice President of Operations. Their roles will involve overseeing sales, customer relations, and vehicle deployments, ensuring the division's success in providing reliable and replicable transit solutions nationwide.
