Perle Secures $9 Million to Launch AI Data Training Platform
Perle has secured $9 million in a seed funding round led by Framework Ventures, announced in a press release. This funding brings Perle's total capital to $17.5 million, enabling the launch of Perle Labs, a platform that integrates blockchain technology to enhance AI data training.
Perle Labs aims to revolutionize AI training by rewarding users for contributing and reviewing accurate data sets. The platform will utilize blockchain infrastructure to provide transparent payments and verifiable work histories, thereby improving data quality and encouraging global participation.
The company, founded by AI veterans from Scale AI, Meta, MIT, and Berkeley, focuses on combining human expertise with adaptive workflows to enhance AI model training. Perle's approach includes multimodal data collection and reinforcement learning from human feedback, supporting the full AI development lifecycle.
