Parspec has raised $20 million in Series A funding to modernize the construction supply chain using AI, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Threshold Ventures, with participation from existing investors such as Innovation Endeavors and Building Ventures.

Parspec's platform aims to streamline procurement processes for construction materials, addressing inefficiencies in the $16 trillion global construction industry. The company uses advanced AI models to extract requirements from design documents and match them with a database of over 6 million products, significantly improving labor productivity and bid quality.

The new funding will be used to expand Parspec's platform to support the full order lifecycle, including the development of a contractor portal and distributor order management system. These enhancements are expected to launch by the end of 2025, further connecting contractors, distributors, and manufacturers in a unified digital environment.
