Ozen Engineering and SimuTech Group have announced their merger, forming the largest Ansys partner in North America, according to a press release.

This strategic merger unites two leading simulation ecosystem partners of Ansys, now part of Synopsys, to deliver enhanced engineering simulation software, services, and support across the continent.

The combined entity, with over 200 employees and more than 80 years of collective experience, will maintain separate branding and operational structures through the end of 2025, with full brand unification planned for early 2026 under the SimuTech Group name. The merger aims to provide broader geographic coverage and unmatched technical expertise, serving industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, healthcare, energy, and consumer products.

'We are perfectly positioned to support customers as their product development needs evolve—from silicon to systems and from concept to certification,' said Rick James, CEO of SimuTech Group. The merger is expected to enhance the integration of simulation, analysis, and design workflows, accelerating R&D outcomes and delivering broader access and deeper expertise.
