Ozelle received the German Innovation Award Gold for its EHBT-50 Mini Lab, a multifunctional diagnostic system that integrates hematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, and AI-assisted morphology analysis into one platform designed for decentralized clinical environments.

Ozelle has received the German Innovation Award Gold for its EHBT-50 Mini Lab, announced in a press release. The award recognizes innovations that advance technology through engineering excellence and practical value across industries.

The EHBT-50 Mini Lab is designed for decentralized clinical settings and combines seven-parameter hematology, biochemistry, immunoassay, and AI assisted morphological analysis in one integrated diagnostic system. It won in the medical technology category for addressing the need for faster and more accessible diagnostics outside centralized laboratories.

The system uses Ozelle's AI × CBM (Complete Blood Morphology) technology to enable standardized morphology analysis and quick identification of abnormal cells. By combining AI interpretation with consistent cell imaging, the Mini Lab reduces reliance on manual specialist review while improving consistency across clinical environments.

For daily clinical use, the analyzer features a low maintenance design, sealed all in one cartridges, room temperature reagents, and one click testing to simplify workflows. It also supports flexible panels for infection assessment, diabetes management, and thyroid testing, allowing clinicians to cover broader diagnostic needs without multiple standalone analyzers.

Founded in 2014 in Silicon Valley and now operating globally with offices in Frankfurt, Ozelle develops diagnostic systems powered by AI and IoT for medical and veterinary applications worldwide.
