Oxide Computer Company raised a $445 million Series D led by Eclipse, the company announced in a press release. Existing investors US Innovative Technology Fund, Riot Ventures and Jane Street participated, alongside new investors Atreides Management and AMD Ventures.

Oxide will use the capital to secure components, expand manufacturing and serve new and existing customers. The company said it increased manufacturing capacity by 20 times over the past 12 months, but demand still exceeds supply. It reached profitability earlier in 2026.

The company sells the Oxide Cloud Computer, a rack scale system that combines compute, storage, networking and open source software for use in customers' own data centers. Its customers include organizations in financial services, government, national laboratories and aerospace.
