Oxford Quantum Circuits and Digital Realty have launched New York City's first Quantum-AI data center, integrating the GENESIS quantum computer with NVIDIA's GH200 Grace Hopper Superchips. This facility, located at Digital Realty's JFK10 site, marks the first installation of a quantum computing system in a U.S. data center, reports Data Center Dynamics.

The integration of OQC's GENESIS quantum computer with NVIDIA's superchips enables hybrid workloads that combine quantum and classical processing. This setup allows for parallel execution of quantum kernels and AI tasks, enhancing capabilities in finance, security, and AI sectors. The deployment is part of a UK-US technology partnership aimed at advancing frontier computing technologies.

OQC plans to continue integrating NVIDIA's accelerated computing into future GENESIS systems, ensuring scalability and secure infrastructure for clients in finance, security, and defense. The Quantum-AI data center is expected to be open to select customers this year, with broader availability planned for 2026.
