ONLYOFFICE 10.0 Adds AI Tools and Modular Apps

ONLYOFFICE 10.0 adds context aware AI tools across its document editors, four modular apps, editor upgrades and fixes for 35 security vulnerabilities.

ONLYOFFICE announced in a press release version 10.0 of its open source office suite, adding context aware AI tools to its document, spreadsheet, presentation and PDF editors. The release includes about 50 new features and more than 1,000 bug fixes across online, desktop and mobile editors.

A dedicated AI tab lets users draft, summarize, translate, clean and format content without leaving a file. Cloud customers can access ONLYOFFICE AI through OpenRouter, while server installations can connect other services or local models. The suite also adds four free modular apps: AI Agents, Forms, Files and Rooms.

Other changes include metadata removal, table detection and reusable signatures in the PDF editor, live cursor tracking in documents, performance updates for spreadsheets and additional viewing and export options for presentations. Version 10.0 also fixes 35 security vulnerabilities, while the desktop edition adds an Odoo integration and the mobile apps gain AI assistance from providers including Grok and DeepSeek.
