ONE Bow River National Defense Fund has made a strategic investment in PteroDynamics to support the development and manufacturing of its Transwing vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aircraft systems for defense and commercial use.

ONE Bow River National Defense Fund has made a strategic investment in PteroDynamics Inc., announced in a press release. The funding will help accelerate development and flight testing of PteroDynamics' Transwing vertical takeoff and landing unmanned aircraft systems.

The investment will also support the expansion of engineering operations and scale manufacturing to meet global demand in defense and commercial markets. PteroDynamics' Transwing platform features a folding wing design that enables efficient vertical takeoff and fixed wing flight.

According to the announcement, the partnership aligns with ONE Bow River's focus on advanced aerospace technologies that enhance national defense readiness and contested logistics capabilities.
