OMNY Health Expands Data Network and Introduces Oncology Research Suite

May 19, 2026
OMNY Health has expanded its healthcare data ecosystem to include over 175 million de-identified patient records and launched a new oncology product suite designed to close real-world evidence gaps in cancer research.

OMNY Health announced in a press release that its healthcare data ecosystem now includes more than 175 million de-identified patient records, representing nearly half of the U.S. population. The expansion includes data from Integrated Delivery Networks, community hospitals, Academic Medical Centers, and large specialty groups, making it one of the largest provider-led sources of clinical real-world data in the country.

Alongside this expansion, the company introduced OMNY Foundation: Oncology, a new product suite focused on improving data quality for cancer research. The oncology dataset covers over 10 million patient journeys since 2017 and integrates structured electronic health record data, administrative claims, clinical notes, and diagnostic reports. The product is designed to provide researchers with detailed insights into treatment decisions, outcomes, and patient histories.

The oncology suite was built to meet the FDA's Fit-for-Purpose criteria, supporting use in regulatory submissions and External Control Arms. It includes features such as comprehensive patient visibility across multiple conditions, access to granular clinical variables like tumor staging and biomarkers, and a transparent digital audit trail linking each data point to its clinical source. The dataset also includes linked claims and mortality data to support long-term outcome analysis.
