OMNI Acquires Nara Logics to Build Trusted AI Platform for National Security
OMNI has acquired Nara Logics, a Boston artificial intelligence company known for its decision intelligence platform and neuro-inspired AI technologies, announced in a press release. The acquisition aims to integrate Nara Logics' Synaptic Intelligence Platform into OMNI’s mission software for the U.S. Department of War, Intelligence Community, and national security agencies.
The combined platform will create a trusted AI mission system for complex decision making across multiple data environments. Nara Logics' explainable AI engine will join OMNI’s metadata and data access platforms, forming a complete data-to-decision pipeline. The system is designed to deliver clear, auditable reasoning for mission-critical operations instead of opaque outputs from traditional AI models.
OMNI stated that the integration will help federal customers overcome adoption barriers by providing AI systems that are secure, transparent, and operational without pre-labeled training data. Nara Logics cofounder Nathan Wilson developed the platform’s architecture based on biological neural structures, improving computational efficiency and interpretability.
Nara Logics CEO Jana Eggers said the partnership will accelerate the deployment of operational AI capabilities for defense and intelligence users. OMNI described the move as part of its effort to build an integrated portfolio of technologies that support trusted decision making across classified networks.
