Oakley Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Graphwise
Oakley Capital has acquired a majority stake in Graphwise through Fund VI, Graphwise said in a press release. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Oakley is buying the stake from an investor group led by Integral Capital Group, with PortfoLion Capital Partners, Carpathian Partners, and the EBRD also named in the transaction. Graphwise said its founders and management team will continue to lead the business.
Graphwise provides knowledge graph technology for enterprise AI, search, and analytics systems. Its platform organizes enterprise data with context, meaning, and connections so AI systems can retrieve and reason over verified information.
The company says it serves more than 200 customers across North America, Europe, and APAC. Oakley plans to support commercial expansion, work on market strategy, and pursue selective acquisitions.
