Numa has acquired SocketTime, adding dealership service scheduling, dispatch, inspections, approvals, parts coordination, recon, and service management tools to its platform.

Numa announced in a press release that it has acquired SocketTime, a software company for automotive dealership fixed operations.

The acquisition adds SocketTime tools for service scheduling, advisor writeup, dispatch, technician utilization, MPI workflows, recon, parts coordination, customer communication, and management across multiple rooftops to Numa's dealership platform.

Numa said it plans to expand its AI agents to schedule and resequence service work against shop capacity, present factory recommended maintenance using vehicle history and OEM guidance, turn customer concerns into structured intake before arrival, and convert technician videos and inspection findings into approval messages.

The company said it has handled more than one billion communications for over 1,300 dealerships in the United States and Canada, with integrations covering 90 percent of the DMS market. SocketTime adds shop records, including repair orders, dispatch decisions, inspections, approvals, and promise times.
