Nucs AI has announced a collaboration with AstraZeneca to develop AI models that predict patient response to PSMA targeted radioconjugate therapies for metastatic prostate cancer, according to a press release.

The project will focus on adapting and validating predictive imaging algorithms for radioconjugates used in metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. The models will be tuned to the properties of emerging therapies, building on Nucs AI's existing work in Lutetium based therapy prediction.

The collaboration extends Nucs AI's platform, which includes SelectPSMA for outcome prediction, DeepPSMA for tumor burden quantification, and TrackPSMA for automated treatment response evaluation. These tools form part of the company's precision medicine engine designed to support the development and optimization of therapeutic radioconjugates.
