Nokia Restructures Leadership with New Technology and AI Focus
Nokia Corporation has announced significant changes to its leadership team, including the creation of two new organizations: the Technology and AI Organization (TAO) and the Corporate Development Organization (CDO). These changes aim to strengthen Nokia's capabilities in technology innovation and business development.
The Technology and AI Organization will be led by Pallavi Mahajan, who joins Nokia as Chief Technology and AI Officer. Mahajan brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Intel, HPE, and Juniper Networks. She will oversee Nokia Bell Labs, Technology and AI Leadership, and Group Security.
The Corporate Development Organization will be headed by Konstanty Owczarek, who will serve as Chief Corporate Development Officer. Owczarek has a background in corporate development and strategy, having held executive positions at HPE and AIG.
These organizational changes will take effect on October 1, 2025, following the departure of Nishant Batra, the current Chief Strategy and Technology Officer, on September 30, 2025.
