Nightfood Holdings Expands AI and Robotics Platform Ahead of Uplisting

Nightfood Holdings Inc. is integrating artificial intelligence and robotics technologies through targeted acquisitions, reporting over $10 million in annualized revenue and preparing for an uplisting from OTC markets to a national exchange.

In a press release, Nightfood Holdings Inc. announced that it is expanding its business through the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics technologies. The company has pursued targeted acquisitions to strengthen its technological capabilities and scale its operations.

Nightfood Holdings now reports annualized revenue exceeding $10 million, with a combined acquisition value estimated at about $100 million. The company said this growth positions it to transition from over-the-counter (OTC) trading to a national exchange listing.

According to the announcement, uplisting will enable broader visibility and access to institutional investors, supporting further deployment of AI and robotics solutions across its business units. Nightfood aims to establish itself among leading players in the robotics and AI sector, alongside major companies such as NVIDIA, Tesla, Richtech Robotics, and iRobot.
