July 09, 2026
NeuPT Technologies and VINSI.AI have launched ReadyOS, a platform that delivers objective physiological readiness assessments in under 90 seconds to guide clinical treatment decisions.

NeuPT Technologies and VINSI.AI announced in a press release the launch of ReadyOS, described as a readiness based care platform designed to provide objective physiological readiness assessments before each treatment session.

The system evaluates heart rate variability and autonomic nervous system data in under 90 seconds to generate an actionable recommendation: Train, Adjust, or Protect. This approach aims to replace subjective patient input with measurable physiological information.

ReadyOS integrates clinical domain science from NeuPT Technologies with the AI and cloud engineering capabilities of VINSI.AI. The platform includes a native app for iOS and Android, a clinician web portal, AI assisted reporting with audit trails, and HIPAA compliant infrastructure running on Microsoft Azure.

According to the companies, ReadyOS is built to operate at scale across tens of thousands of devices and is designed for future use in rehabilitation, wellness, and other healthcare segments beyond physical therapy.
