Netarx has launched its SMS Deepfake Detection Tool, expanding its capabilities to protect against AI-driven fraud across various communication channels. Announced in a press release, this new tool extends Netarx's existing suite of defenses, which already includes protection for voice, video, email, and identity fraud.

The SMS Deepfake Detection Tool is designed to identify AI-generated or manipulated text messages in real time, safeguarding against phishing, impersonation, and credential theft. This addition strengthens Netarx's unified platform, which leverages over 50 metadata signals from different communication channels to detect cross-channel inconsistencies.

Netarx's platform, delivered as a SaaS, offers real-time accuracy and shared awareness by running multiple AI models in parallel and validating results with federated checks. This comprehensive approach aims to restore trust in digital communications while reducing regulatory, compliance, and reputational risks for enterprises.
