Net Health Adds Chart Audit to Optima Unity EMR
Net Health has launched Chart Audit in its Optima Unity EMR, the company announced in a press release. The feature reviews completed rehab therapy documentation against configurable compliance criteria before a clinician approves and signs the note.
Chart Audit works with Optima Unity's ambient documentation tool, which captures the session between therapist and patient and populates the clinical note. Chart Audit then evaluates the note before clinician review.
The tool checks evaluations, repeat evaluations, progress reports, discharge summaries, and treatment encounter notes across physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Clinicians can run an audit at signature, while compliance officers use a separate view with access controls based on their organization's templates.
Each audit creates a report and CSV export for trend analysis. Chart Audit is available now to Net Health Optima Unity clients.
