Neeyamo Introduces Compass for Global Payroll Compliance

Neeyamo introduced Compass in a press release, describing it as a multi agent AI system for payroll compliance across more than 160 countries. The system monitors regulatory sources, interprets changes for affected payrolls, creates payroll configurations, and checks its recommendations using AI models and payroll professionals.

Neeyamo says its AI has monitored more than 11,000 regulatory changes since 2024. The company reports that it reduced the time from publication to recommendation from three weeks to 48 hours, while reviewers accepted 94% of its interpretations without changes.

Payroll professionals approve every recommendation. Neeyamo grants the system autonomy separately for each rule. Compass also supports payroll implementations in new countries and employee training.
