Nagarro Reports Q1 2026 Results with 6.5% Constant Currency Revenue Growth
Nagarro announced in a press release its unaudited financial results for the first quarter of 2026, showing revenue of €248.1 million. This represents a 0.5% increase year over year in Euro terms and 6.5% in constant currency. Compared to the previous quarter, revenue rose 0.9% in Euro terms and 1.2% in constant currency.
Gross profit reached €77.4 million, up from €75.5 million a year earlier, with gross margin improving to 31.2% from 30.6%. Adjusted EBITDA rose to €31.2 million, representing 12.6% of revenue, compared to €30.2 million or 12.2% of revenue in Q1 2025. EBITDA increased to €38.8 million from €33.0 million, and EBIT rose to €30.0 million from €24.1 million. Net profit for the quarter was €19.2 million, up from €11.2 million.
The company reported that the number of clients generating more than €1 million in annual revenue decreased to 179 from 186 a year earlier, as several projects transitioned to recurring managed services. Operating cash flow declined to negative €0.3 million from positive €37.5 million in Q1 2025, mainly due to higher working capital. Cash balance at the end of March 2026 stood at €112.6 million, while loans and borrowings totaled €310.9 million.
Nagarro added 540 professionals during the quarter, bringing its total headcount to 18,543. The company will hold an earnings call on May 15, 2026, to discuss its Q1 2026 results.
