MTX Group Launches MTX Ventures to Invest in Enterprise AI Startups

MTX Group has launched MTX Ventures, a new investment arm focused on early to mid-stage companies building enterprise AI software, cybersecurity innovations, and AI-enhanced technologies.

MTX Group has launched MTX Ventures, a strategic investment arm dedicated to supporting founders developing enterprise artificial intelligence technologies, announced in a press release.

MTX Ventures will invest in early to mid-stage companies creating enterprise software that aligns with MTX Group’s technology roadmap and public sector expertise. The fund will prioritize three areas: pure-play AI products that improve enterprise efficiency and decision-making, AI-enhanced technologies that deliver measurable business outcomes, and cybersecurity innovations supporting large-scale enterprise and government AI adoption.

Portfolio founders will gain access to MTX Group’s network and operational resources, including introductions to public sector decision-makers, co-selling opportunities, and mentorship from MTX executives. MTX Ventures operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of MTX Group, headquartered in Frisco, Texas.
