MSCI and Intapp Collaborate to Enhance Private Capital Market Intelligence

MSCI and Intapp have announced a strategic collaboration to enhance private capital market intelligence. The partnership will integrate MSCI's comprehensive suite of private assets data into Intapp's DealCloud platform, an AI-powered deal and relationship management tool. This integration aims to streamline how private market professionals discover, analyze, and act on investment opportunities.

The collaboration will provide DealCloud users with direct access to MSCI's private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure benchmarks, along with fund, asset, and deal performance metrics. This will enable greater transparency and analytical rigor in investment decisions for alternative asset firms. Users will benefit from intuitive dashboards and customizable reporting, allowing them to interact directly with MSCI's data and enhance their investment strategies.

Luke Flemmer, Head of Private Assets at MSCI, emphasized that embedding MSCI's datasets into DealCloud will facilitate faster and more informed decision-making across private markets. Ben Harrison, President of Industries at Intapp, highlighted that the partnership will provide clients with integrated third-party market data, enhancing their ability to source and execute the best opportunities. The final agreement is being negotiated, with MSCI's datasets expected to be available on the DealCloud platform in the coming months.
