MRI Software has launched two new solutions within its MRI Agora platform: Agora Intelligence, which provides proactive portfolio insights and recommendations, and Agora Orchestrator, which automates real estate workflows with governance and traceability features.

MRI Software has introduced two new solutions within its MRI Agora platform: Agora Intelligence and Agora Orchestrator, announced in a press release. The company stated that these tools aim to help real estate teams apply AI safely and efficiently across leasing, finance, and operations.

MRI Agora Intelligence monitors workflows daily and provides role-specific briefings that explain what changed, why it changed, and recommended actions. Each briefing is supported by traceable data, with findings classified and ranked by impact. Users can explore data in plain language through the Ask Agora feature, which maintains data access controls based on user permissions.

MRI Agora Orchestrator extends the process by automating workflow execution. It enables users to configure agents from a catalog refined across MRI’s client base to perform context-aware actions. All actions are logged with a full audit trail for accountability. The platform is available to clients across commercial, residential, social housing, and corporate sectors globally.
