Modine Signs $4 Billion Supply Agreement for Airedale Data Center Cooling Products
Modine has entered into a long-term capacity agreement valued at more than $4 billion with one of its strategic data center customers for its Airedale by Modine cooling products, announced in a press release. The agreement covers product supply for calendar years 2027 through 2029.
Under the terms of the agreement, Modine will guarantee production capacity to meet customer demand for its data center cooling systems. The company also received an upfront payment of $165 million to support capacity investments and other expenditures linked to the contract.
The deal strengthens Modine's data center segment and supports its efforts to expand operations to meet customer requirements for advanced cooling technology. Modine's Airedale division provides thermal management solutions designed for high-performance computing environments.
