MetaOptics Establishes US ADR Program on OTCQX

MetaOptics establishes a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt program on OTCQX, with J.P. Morgan serving as the depositary bank.

MetaOptics Ltd establishes a sponsored Level 1 American Depositary Receipt program in the United States, the company announced in a press release. Its American Depositary Shares will trade on OTCQX, with J.P. Morgan serving as the depositary bank.

The program will not raise capital or issue new shares. MetaOptics ordinary shares will continue trading on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange.

MetaOptics develops glass based metalenses and uses AI image processing for applications including optical components, mobile devices, augmented and virtual reality, and automotive technology. The company also plans a US semiconductor fabrication line that will use 12 inch DUV immersion photolithography equipment to produce metalenses and modules.
