This innovation aims to bridge operational and information technology by allowing businesses to test and refine automation workflows in a virtual environment.

The Controller Simulator integrates with NVIDIA Omniverse and NVIDIA Isaac Sim, enabling engineers to simulate and validate automation logic directly within digital twins. This reduces testing time and enhances collaboration between operational technology and information technology teams. Key features include an intuitive ladder diagram UI for logic design, AI-powered assistance for optimizing automation logic, and seamless deployment of finalized logic to physical PLCs.
