MANE Gains Global License to Produce Arzeda's AI Designed Reb M Sweetener

MANE has obtained global rights to produce and commercialize Arzeda's ViaLeaf Reb M sweetener technology, expanding their sugar reduction partnership.

MANE has acquired an exclusive global license to produce and commercialize Arzeda's ViaLeaf Reb M sweetener, announced in a press release. The agreement expands the existing partnership between the two companies, combining MANE’s manufacturing and commercial capabilities with Arzeda’s AI designed protein technology.

ViaLeaf Reb M is a steviol glycoside valued for its clean sugar-like flavor and minimal bitterness. Arzeda’s proprietary process uses protein design informed by Nobel Prize winning science to increase production efficiency. Under the agreement, MANE will oversee the full value chain, from production to market distribution.

The collaboration aims to provide a scalable solution for food and beverage manufacturers seeking natural sugar reduction alternatives. MANE will apply its global industrial and formulation expertise to meet demand for high quality sweetening ingredients supported by consistent supply and competitive cost.
