MAGIC has introduced MAGIC Private AI for Legal Services, a platform that runs on firm-controlled infrastructure to maintain confidentiality and compliance while supporting agentic workflows for legal tasks.

MAGIC has launched MAGIC Private AI for Legal Services, an enterprise AI platform designed to run on law firm-controlled infrastructure, announced in a press release. The system ships with pre-built or custom agentic systems that handle legal tasks such as discovery, drafting, research, contract review, and deposition preparation.

The platform keeps client data, documents, logs, and model execution fully within the firm's infrastructure, ensuring attorney-client privilege and compliance. When deployed locally, it can operate on existing hardware with flat-rate pricing, while hybrid or cloud-assisted options are available with custom quotes.

MAGIC Private AI includes pre-built workflows for discovery, drafting, legal research, contract review, and trial preparation. Firms can start with a 30-day pilot to evaluate performance and cost savings using up to three agentic systems. The platform's design emphasizes local data control, auditable processes, and integration flexibility.
