Luma Health and PCC Add AI Communications to Pediatric EHR
In a press release, Luma Health and Physician's Computer Company announced a partnership to bring Luma communications into PCC for more than 300 independent pediatric practices and more than 1,400 pediatricians in the United States.
The integration adds two way messaging for parents and caregivers in more than 30 languages. Practices can automate messages for upcoming visits or send messages for events such as clinic closures.
Staff can manage communications from one place with access to patient, parent, and caregiver information. PCC and Luma showed the features at PCC's annual Users' Conference.
PCC customers are expected to receive more information about implementing the features this fall.
