Luffa AI has secured a strategic equity investment from GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited, valuing the company at $220 million. The partnership will focus on AI, quantum security, blockchain, and compliance fintech development.

Luffa AI has received a strategic equity investment from GoFintech Quantum Innovation Limited, valuing the company at 220 million US dollars, announced in a press release. The partnership will focus on collaboration in artificial intelligence, quantum security, blockchain, and compliance fintech.

Under the agreement, both companies will jointly develop AI driven investment systems, on-chain financial automation platforms, and smart trading and risk management tools. They will also explore blockchain applications for digital asset compliance and advance quantum encryption for financial and blockchain use cases.

Luffa AI’s ecosystem has reached over three million global downloads, two million registered users, and more than 150,000 daily active users. Its main products, Luffa Wallet and SuperBox Mini App Platform, are already in use for prediction markets, AI mini games, real world assets, creator economy, and community governance.

GoFintech Quantum, a Hong Kong listed firm with expertise in institutional financial services and quantum technology, will support Luffa’s AI agent infrastructure and secure communications. The collaboration aims to accelerate Luffa’s global commercialization and ecosystem expansion.
