Kyndryl Opens First U.S. AI Innovation Lab in Dallas
Kyndryl said in a press release that it opened its first U.S. AI Innovation Lab in the Dallas area. The company expects the Frisco, Texas, facility to create up to 300 jobs in AI, technology consulting and design engineering over the next four years.
Customers will work with Kyndryl staff on workshops, prototypes and engineering projects using the company’s Agentic AI Framework, consulting services and infrastructure expertise. A four phase process will cover customer immersion, collaborative design, building and planning, with the goal of moving AI workflows from initial concepts to working prototypes.
The lab will also house a team focused on technology for motor vehicle agencies and showcase Kyndryl’s Cyber Defense Operations Center capabilities. Kyndryl is working with NPower, Dallas AI, Tech Titans and other local groups on training in areas including prompt engineering and automation.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
