Kyndryl Introduces AI-Powered Digital Twin for the Workplace

Kyndryl has launched the Digital Twin for the Workplace, an AI-powered system designed to anticipate and resolve technology issues before they impact employees, announced in a press release. The solution runs on Microsoft Azure and uses Microsoft Foundry to integrate predictive intelligence, automation, and operational insights.

The new capability continuously analyzes signals from employee devices, applications, and workplaces to detect problems early. It then issues alerts, recommends fixes, and can automatically dispatch support resources, helping maintain productivity without user disruption.

The system provides a virtual representation of workplace performance, allowing IT teams to view where and why slowdowns occur. It uses aggregated data and simulated user personas for privacy protection. Key features include agentic AI optimization, real-time location-based performance monitoring, and predictive asset planning.

The launch expands Kyndryl’s digital workplace portfolio and builds on its ongoing collaboration with Microsoft to deliver production-ready AI solutions for enterprise operations.
