Kleinschmidt Acquires eBase Solutions to Expand Enterprise Integration Capabilities
Kleinschmidt has acquired eBase Solutions, announced in a press release. The acquisition combines Kleinschmidt's supply chain integration services with eBase's enterprise automation, IoT, and analytics capabilities.
Kleinschmidt provides business to business integration that connects systems, trading partners, and data flows across supply chains. eBase Solutions focuses on internal enterprise integration through workflow automation, IoT solutions, and data analytics. Together, the companies will offer a platform that connects external ecosystems with internal operations.
The combined organization will use IBM integration and automation technologies, the Cumulocity platform for IoT visibility, and Minitab analytics for operational insights. eBase Solutions will continue to operate under its existing brand while gaining access to Kleinschmidt’s customer base and integration infrastructure.
According to the announcement, the merger is intended to eliminate data silos and improve operational efficiency by linking external supply chain data with internal enterprise systems.
