Team Recovery, known for its alumni engagement solutions, partners with over 100 treatment centers nationwide. Their technology has shown significant improvements in alumni referral readmissions, as evidenced by a client, NRT Health, which saw an increase from 18.5% to 31% within six months of using the integrated solution.

The partnership aims to bridge the gap between treatment and long-term recovery by creating a seamless experience for providers and patients. This integration supports continuous care and enhances outcomes by reducing readmissions and empowering providers to deliver more holistic care.
