April 28, 2026
Kaseya has launched an agentic IT management platform powered by Kaseya Intelligence that autonomously performs IT and cybersecurity tasks, including ticket triage, threat containment, and backup verification.

Kaseya announced in a press release the launch of its agentic IT management platform powered by Kaseya Intelligence. The platform integrates data from IT operations, cybersecurity, and backup systems with an autonomous execution layer that takes direct action on issues such as ticket triage, threat containment, and workflow optimization.

At the Kaseya Connect Global event, the company introduced several components of the platform. The first is the Ticket Triage Digital Specialist, which automatically categorizes and routes help desk tickets. It is now available for Autotask Ultimate customers. Additional digital specialists for IT operations, cybersecurity, and resilience will follow.

Kaseya also introduced a Unified Cyber Resilience Portal that consolidates on-premise, SaaS, endpoint, and cloud backups into one interface. This portal includes AI driven screenshot verification, compliance capabilities such as FIPS and FedRAMP readiness, and new support for Azure Files. Agentless Hyper-V backup will be added in June 2026.

The company further announced general availability of Kaseya SIEM, a security information and event management solution designed for managed service providers and IT teams. It correlates data from over 60 sources to detect and respond to threats and includes automated containment, 400-day log retention, and optional 24/7 managed security coverage.

Kaseya stated that more than 100 new features and enhancements have been delivered in the past 90 days, with Kaseya Intelligence embedded across the platform to continue expanding autonomous capabilities in IT management and cybersecurity.
