Inspired Thinking Group Acquires PureRed to Expand in North America
Inspired Thinking Group (ITG), a leader in AI-enabled content solutions, has announced its acquisition of PureRed, a US-based provider of omnichannel content and technology, announced in a press release. This strategic move marks ITG's expansion into the North American market.
The acquisition adds over 500 marketing professionals to ITG's global team, which now exceeds 2,000 employees. PureRed, known for its work with clients like Microsoft, Kroger, and Walgreens, aligns with ITG's vision of delivering scalable content solutions. Brian Cohen, former CEO of PureRed, will now serve as the US CEO of ITG.
Andrew Swinand, CEO of ITG, emphasized the importance of this acquisition in unlocking the potential of AI in marketing, aiming to enhance content delivery across various channels. The integration of PureRed into ITG is expected to strengthen ITG's position in the US market and further its mission of transforming the industry through AI-driven content solutions.
