Insilico Medicine and Human Longevity Partner on AI Foundation Model for Longevity Science

May 26, 2026
Insilico Medicine and Human Longevity have announced a collaboration to create a large-scale AI foundation model focused on longevity science, combining advanced multimodal modeling with extensive clinical and genomic datasets.

Insilico Medicine and Human Longevity, Inc. have announced a multi-million dollar collaboration to develop what they describe as the industry's first large-scale AI foundation model dedicated to longevity science, according to a press release.

The new company Human Life Foundation Models, established by Human Longevity, will work with Insilico to build a model that decodes the biological mechanisms of aging and supports predictive healthcare. Insilico will provide its experience in multimodal foundation model development and deep learning, using its MMAI Gym platform for architecture design, benchmarking, and algorithm development.

Human Life Foundation Models will combine these technologies with Human Longevity’s de-identified multi-omic and clinical datasets, which include imaging and longitudinal health records from thousands of individuals. This integration will enable the training of models capable of detecting and managing patient conditions with clinical precision.

The companies plan to commercialize the resulting foundation models to advance early detection of age-related diseases, predictive health risk modeling, and discovery of new therapeutics aimed at extending healthy human lifespan.
