InsideTracker Introduces Terra AI Platform for Personalized Wellness Guidance
InsideTracker has introduced a new AI platform called Terra, built to provide wellness companies with individualized, evidence-based health guidance. The launch was announced in a press release from the company.
The Terra platform uses a neurosymbolic AI system that combines neural network pattern recognition with rule-based reasoning. This design allows the system to produce transparent, traceable recommendations grounded in scientific research. Terra integrates data from blood tests, wearables, DNA, and partner sources to deliver personalized insights tailored to each user.
According to the announcement, Terra is based on more than 15 years of biomarker research and over 10 billion data points curated from 7,000 clinical studies. The platform builds on InsideTracker’s experience with enterprise clients in sports, fitness, and government sectors. It is designed to help wellness businesses deploy scientifically validated health intelligence efficiently and at scale.
