In2ition AI has launched Iris, an always-on conversational companion designed to participate in live meetings and interactive sessions across major video platforms. The system expands the company’s conversational intelligence platform with features for sales, recruiting, training, and engagement.

North Andover based In2ition AI has introduced Iris, described as an always-on AI companion that joins live conversations rather than analyzing them afterward, announced in a press release. The launch also includes the latest version of the company’s conversational intelligence platform.

Iris can participate in meetings across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. It guides prospects through interactive demonstrations, runs autonomous webinars, and supports recruiting and training workflows. The companion converts each interaction into actionable intelligence.

Key features include natural language guided product demonstrations, adaptive webinars that respond to audience questions, and AI generated coaching recommendations. The platform also offers automated performance scoring, sentiment analysis, and organizational insights to support sales, training, and engagement activities.
