IgniteTech has announced its acquisition of Khoros, a platform known for digital-first customer engagement, announced in a press release. IgniteTech plans to integrate its AI technologies across the Khoros platform, aiming to enhance customer engagement solutions.

The acquisition will see the introduction of several AI-driven features to the Khoros platform, including AI Expert Help, which provides immediate, multilingual responses to reduce response times and increase engagement. Additionally, the AI Brand Defender will monitor and correct misinformation about brands, helping maintain narrative control.

Khoros' existing product lines, such as Communities and Service, will be transformed with these AI enhancements. The integration will also include an AI Community Orchestrator to assist community managers in generating content and moderating interactions, and a Brand Intelligence Suite for comprehensive digital brand management.

The rollout of these AI features is expected to begin by mid-Q3 2025, with further integrations continuing through Q4 2025. This strategic move positions IgniteTech and Khoros to offer advanced AI capabilities in customer engagement, addressing the evolving needs of brands in the AI-first era.
