ID Privacy Launches Self-Healing AI Graph for Automotive Retail
ID Privacy AI has launched the Self-Healing Agentic Intelligence Graph, an AI platform designed for automotive retail, announced in a press release. The system continuously updates customer data and automates dealer communications through a connected platform integrating multiple dealership systems.
Over 14 months of live production across nearly 200 dealer rooftops, the platform completed close to one million AI interactions, managed more than 100,000 after-hours calls without human involvement, and booked over 130,000 confirmed appointments automatically. The AI is certified by Nissan, Infiniti, and Mitsubishi.
The Self-Healing Agentic Intelligence Graph aims to close the intelligence gap in automotive retail by enabling real-time updates and improving the efficiency of customer interactions through automated, adaptive communication processes.
