iCIMS has announced its acquisition of Apli, an AI-powered recruitment automation company, to bolster its talent acquisition platform, according to a press release.

iCIMS has announced its acquisition of Apli, a company specializing in AI-powered recruitment automation, announced in a press release. This strategic move aims to enhance iCIMS' talent acquisition platform by integrating Apli's advanced conversational AI tools, which are designed to improve the hiring process for frontline workers.

Apli's technology facilitates multichannel candidate engagement, screening, and assessments through mobile-friendly interfaces such as text, WhatsApp, and web chat. This integration is expected to significantly reduce the time-to-hire and improve candidate quality and experience. The acquisition will enable iCIMS to offer a more comprehensive AI solution, automating up to 90% of the frontline hiring process and allowing for ten times more hires per recruiter.

By incorporating Apli's capabilities, iCIMS aims to support high-volume hiring at scale, providing faster and more efficient recruitment processes. The new Frontline AI solution will work alongside iCIMS Agents to further automate recruiting tasks, resulting in more completed applications, better-fit hires, and lower turnover rates.
