IBS Software Appoints Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer

IBS Software has appointed Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer to lead its global product organization and advance the company's AI-first strategy across its travel technology portfolio.

IBS Software has appointed Abha Dogra as Chief Product Officer, announced in a press release. She will oversee the company’s global product organization, defining product vision and strategy while embedding AI-native capabilities throughout its portfolio.

Dogra brings over 20 years of experience in technology and product leadership, having held senior roles at ADP, Iron Mountain, Akamai, PTC, Schneider Electric, and CAE, where she served as Chief Product and Technology Officer. She holds an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, and a master’s degree in computer science from Boston University.

As part of the company’s AI-first approach, Dogra will work closely with engineering, customer success, and go-to-market teams to integrate intelligent decision support and automation into products and customer workflows. Her appointment follows other leadership additions, including Amit Jain as SVP and Global Head of Engineering, reinforcing IBS Software’s focus on scaling innovation across its operations in India, the US, UK, and Canada.
