IBS Software has unveiled a new generation of AI-powered virtual agents at the 25th edition of its Cargo Forum in New Delhi, announced in a press release. The new Agentic AI suite is designed to enhance the iCargo platform by embedding intelligent, conversational agents across key business functions such as Revenue Management, Customer Service, Mail Management, and Sales.

These AI agents enable users to interact in natural language, providing contextual insights and real-time recommendations. They are capable of predicting, recommending, and explaining actions, thereby optimizing yield, resolving customer queries swiftly, and identifying anomalies in mail and sales processes. This innovation aims to reduce human effort while increasing accuracy and speed in cargo operations.

Radhesh Menon, Head of Cargo & Logistics Solutions at IBS Software, emphasized that these AI agents act as copilots, empowering cargo teams to recover revenue faster and respond to disruptions instantly. The platform's approach focuses on transforming customer experiences, driving operational excellence, and fostering an AI-first culture to deliver measurable outcomes such as faster revenue recovery and improved service levels.
