IBM and Oracle Expand AI and Cloud Partnership

IBM and Oracle are expanding their partnership to integrate IBM's watsonx AI products with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, enhancing AI-driven productivity and efficiency.

IBM and Oracle Corporation are expanding their partnership to integrate IBM's watsonx AI products with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to enhance AI-driven productivity and efficiency across enterprises by leveraging OCI's native AI services.

IBM's watsonx Orchestrate AI agent offerings will be available on OCI starting in July, supporting multi-agent workflows across Oracle and non-Oracle applications. This integration is designed to simplify AI deployment and management across enterprise operations, with initial use cases focusing on human resources.

Additionally, Oracle plans to make IBM's Granite AI models available through OCI Data Science, providing customers with more options for efficient AI model deployment. The partnership also includes making IBM's Envizi ESG Suite available on OCI, starting with an initial release in Saudi Arabia within the next 12 months.

IBM Consulting will offer expanded services to help customers integrate AI agents across multiple platforms, leveraging deep technology and industry expertise to transform business processes. This collaboration underscores the long-standing relationship between IBM and Oracle, aiming to provide seamless AI solutions for enterprises.
