Humanforce Unveils AI Smart Scheduling for Frontline Workforce Management
Humanforce has launched Smart Scheduling, an AI powered rostering and scheduling system that aligns labor with forecasted demand, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to reduce roster management time by up to 70 percent and lower labor costs by around 15 percent.
Smart Scheduling uses AI to analyze data such as sales, weather, bookings, and foot traffic to forecast labor needs. It automatically generates compliant shift patterns based on employee availability, skills, and budget settings. The system embeds cost and compliance checks directly into the scheduling process, validating shifts against rules for breaks, fatigue, qualifications, and award conditions before they are published.
Through the Humanforce Work App, employees can manage availability, receive shift offers, and approve additional work, creating a more transparent and flexible scheduling experience. Managers can review and adjust AI generated rosters before publishing, maintaining oversight while minimizing manual work.
Humanforce provides workforce management and human capital solutions for industries including healthcare, retail, hospitality, and aged care, serving over 1,800 customers across multiple countries.
